The problem

The Managing Director does not know how far sales have really fallen, how much stock is left in each project, or which decision did the most damage. A data-backed analysis of bookings and site visits for January to September 2026 is needed to decide whether to roll back prices in some micro-markets, offer Vastu Greens buyers compensation, or restore channel-partner brokerage.
