target_week is the target for one week. Repeat it for both weeks with np.tile, then store sales minus target for all 14 days in result.
import numpy as np sales = np.array([1200, 1350, 980, 1500, 1720, 2100, 1900, 1250, 1400, 1010, 1580, 1800, 2250, 2050]) costs = np.array([800, 850, 700, 900, 1000, 1200, 1100, 820, 870, 720, 950, 1050, 1300, 1150]) target_week = np.array([1300, 1300, 1000, 1500, 1700, 2000, 1900])
