Show the whole marks table as a colour grid with plt.imshow, add a colour bar, and put the subjects names on the x ticks (positions 0–3).
import numpy as np
names = np.array(["Asha", "Ravi", "Kiran", "Meena", "Om", "Farah", "Dev", "Isha", "Neel", "Tara"])
subjects = np.array(["Maths", "Science", "English", "Computers"])
marks = np.array([
[78, 85, 72, 90],
[56, 61, 70, 65],
[92, 88, 81, 95],
[45, 52, 60, 58],
[83, 79, 88, 84],
[67, 72, 64, 70],
[99, 94, 85, 98],
[38, 44, 55, 41],
[71, 69, 77, 80],
[88, 91, 93, 87],
])
import matplotlib.pyplot as pltDraw the chart. It is checked on what it shows: the data, the title and axis labels, the legend and the category names. Size and fonts don't matter.
