• Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, generate required reports, and ensure system configurations align with audit and compliance standards.
• Provide project updates to leadership, communicate risks or dependencies, and propose actionable solutions to enhance NetSuite workflows and overall system performance.
• Leverage GenAI or Agentic AI solutions to automate financial reconciliation, enhance anomaly detection, and optimize R2R processes.
• Hands-on experience on NetSuite and Kyriba

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with over 8 years of technology experience, including 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, financial reporting, and hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Expertise in key R2R processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Kyriba TMS.
